霍华德城堡的点评
点评：We visited castle Howard yesterday. It cost me £4 each due to receiving universal credit. When we arrived the later stood near the carpark was so rude. There was a car in front of us stopped so I stopped behind it. She waved me through so I drove past him and pulled up to her assuming she was there to check tickets or something. She shouted at me to keep moving. I didn’t realise he had broken down and she was just waving me past him. There was no need to shout at me. He didn’t have his hazards on, I had no idea. This put me in a bit of a rubbish mood. We went straight to the house which is absolutely stunning: we really enjoyed the house. We then went in the cafe to get some lunch, however there were flies flying around and landing in the scones so we didn’t bother, instead we opted for sealed bag of crisps each and a drink and walked back to the car. We didn’t have a walk to the boat lake or round the gardens as I still wasn’t in a very good mood after being shouted at in the carpark by the worker. It’s a shame as it seemed really nice. We spent about an hour here at the most but had the lady not upset me when I arrived we may have stayed there all day,
翻译：昨天我们去参观了霍华德城堡。由于我领取了普遍福利金，每人门票价格为4英镑。我们到那儿后，站在停车场附近的那个人态度极其恶劣。当时有一辆车停在我们前面，于是我也在其后停了下来。她挥手让我通过，我便驾车从他身边驶过，然后停在她跟前，原以为她是来检票之类的。结果她冲我大喊，让我继续往前开。我当时没意识到那辆车抛锚了，而她只是在示意我绕过去而已。其实根本没必要冲我大喊的。他没打开危险报警灯，我完全没注意到。这让我心情有点糟糕。我们直接去了那栋房子，它真的美极了：我们非常喜欢那所房子。之后我们走进咖啡馆想吃午饭，可是里面有苍蝇飞来飞去，还停在司康饼上，所以我们干脆放弃了。我们各自买了一包密封包装的薯片和一杯饮料，然后走回车里。我们没有去游船湖边散步，也没有逛花园，因为那个工作人员在停车场对我大喊大叫，搞得我心情一直不好。真可惜，那里看起来相当不错。我们在这里最多待了一个小时左右；要不是那位女士在我刚到时惹我生气，我们可能会整天都待在那里呢。
