Branson Mobility Scooter Rental not to be trusted

点评：In November of 2023 I called to inquire about a mobility scooter rental in Branson mo. I inquired about a lightweight scooter which my wife and I could manage to load and unload. I have terminal cancer and my strength is very limited. I was told the heaviest part of the scooter would weigh no more than 22 lbs. with that information I agreed to rent a scooter.
Upon arrival in Branson a scooter was delivered to us. We tried to use the scooter but it was much more heavy than we were told.
It remained in our vehicle for 3 days unable to be used because of weight. We could not load or unload the scooter.
I called the company and asked for them to pick up the scooter a day early because we had not and could not use it.
When the representative came to pick up the scooter he informed me the scooter was the heaver model. I was not aware of that prior to that moment.
After he left I realized what had occurred and immediately called Branson mobility scooter rental to address the fact that they had delivered the incorrect scooter to me.
The lady was very rude to me and offered no helpful solution.
She told me to text the owner about the situation.
I have sent 2 text asking for a reasonable solution to the problem.
I received no response from him.
I thought they might adjust the charge in that because of their delivering the incorrect product.
The bill came in on my card and they continued to charge $129.00
This place is not to be trusted and I suggest if you use their services you keep both eyes open and your hand on your pocketbook.
I will never go back to them for service.
