Halifax Plantation Golf Club的点评
点评：This is the second time I have been to this establishment, and it will be the last. We went there for Thanksgiving and while we reserved a seat in the dining room, they put us in the bar even though there were many empty seats in the DR the whole time we were there. Our waiter took our drink order and the next time we saw him was when we flagged him down for our checks. He had a surly attitude, and I thought it might be because he did not want to work on a holiday, but someone who has been there before told me he is always like that! The food was mediocre at best and by the time we walked the length of the building to get to our seats the food was barely luke warm. When I came back from the buffet with my salad course, my used plate was still there, the waiter was nowhere in sight, and I had to put my used plate on the bar.
When the bill arrived, I paid cash for my daughter and myself. Two buffet meals with one glass of wine, and a gratuity of 17% was included. I left $140 and the waiter actually came back and asked me for $2 more!
This place was beautifully decorated, but the attitude and class of the staff and management was far below McDonalds. There are many nice restaurants in Ormond Beach, Palm Coast, and Flagler Beach. I will never go to Halifax Plantation Golf Club again!
