点评：I joined the tour from 30 May to 6 June and had a wonderful experience overall. Everything was well arranged, from the airport transfers, hotels, meals, transportation, and tour activities. The coach was comfortable, and the itinerary was well planned.
A special thank you to our tour guide, Mr. Okkes. He is very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, and clearly has a passion for his work. Throughout the trip, he was patient, caring, and always motivated to ensure everyone had a good experience. He took great care of the group and was always willing to help whenever needed.
The only area that needs improvement was the last hotel in Istanbul. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air conditioning, which made the room quite uncomfortable. As this was during the final two days of the trip when I needed proper rest before returning home, it affected my overall comfort and sleep quality. I understand that the issue may have already been raised with the hotel, but I hope a firmer resolution can be reached, or an alternative hotel can be considered for future groups.
Other than that, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the trip. Thank you to the team for the great arrangements. I would definitely travel with you again in the future
