点评：This was certainly a trip of a lifetime. We visited Istanbul, Cappadocia, Pamukkale, and Bodrum. Ismail organised everything for us from pick ups in luxury mini vans, to hotels, guides, internal flights, and even our ferry tickets on to Rhodes. Every driver was punctual, and professional, their cars immaculate and wonderfully cool in the heat. The guides were personable and were extremely knowledgeable ensuring we learnt a lot but had a good time too. The hotels were well located and a very good standard. The hot air ballooning in Cappadocia was an absolute highlight and the company Ismail booked were very professional. The private boat with crew and guide for 2 hours on the Bosphorus was also pure luxury. My only negative was a great deal of unnecessary stress in trying to contact Ismail after we had already paid for the whole trip but did not have any confirmations of the various bookings. At times days would go past with no response to emails or attempts to contact him by phone. Reasons were given at the time but it happened more than once and right up to only a few days before we were to leave. I knew I shouldn’t really worry because there were so many 5 star reviews from previous travelers but when you’ve paid tens of thousands of dollars and there is no response you start to panic. Everything of course in the end did run perfectly and it was a fabulous holiday so YES we would definitely recommend Ismail and Made in Turkey tours but I think for my own sanity I would only pay about 80% upfront and the remainder just prior to the trip.
