点评：Booked floor is lava for4 adults and 2 kids yesterday. Game was ok but there is a lot of standing around waiting to have a turn as only 1 or 2 people are actually playing at the same time. With hindsight I’d have preferred to have booked my 2 kids only and them to play for more time or we should have booked 3 people on two different games.
The other huge problem we had was the visor did not fit my 8 year old. It was so tight that it would only fit on the top of his head and fall off, or it was so loose it would drop down into his eyes. This was really upsetting for him as he was really looking forward to it and was unable to play the game properly. He ran out of the room in tears a couple of times during the game. Staff were aware of this and offered no refund and only at the end explained that they had previously tested rubber band fastening of the visors but were concerned about latex allergies so they decided on choosing the design they did as it fits most people. Well that was great but since my son didn’t fall into the most people category it was thanks for your money but tough luck. As a result we won’t be returning
