Once in a lifetime horseback riding experience!

点评：I’ve been coming to ARA for over a decade now. This last weekend would’ve been my fourth visit. I stumbled upon them while taking a class at New Mexico Tech and loved it so much that I have since brought back my husband, a friend, and recently my daughter.
Dacodah, Jill, and the whole crew at ARA make you feel at home. Like you’re family. The horses are top-notch and amazingly surefooted and confident, even when the rider is not. The staff are wonderfully kind and knowledgeable and patiently teach everything from horsemanship to knot tying.
This is far from a boring nose to tail trail ride. As experienced riders it can be challenging to find a place that allows you to go faster than a walk. This past weekend we probably went the fastest we ever have gone on horses… Full gallop on Arabians is amazing! Over the course of three days we did five separate rides! Beyond the flat out gallops we also had lots of challenging canters on varied terrain, splashed in the river, night rides, plus technical climbs and descents in the canyon and were rewarded with beautiful vistas. They truly have something for everyone…from someone who has never been on a horse before to the experienced rider. You will have the time of your life at ARA. We flew all the way out from Florida just to come ride here for the weekend. Another amazing experience. Thank you Jill and Dacodah!
