Roseville Golfland Sunsplash的点评
点评：I went to Golfland Sunsplash in Roseville for the first time and honestly, something I saw really didn’t sit right with me.
I was at the Vortex slide with two friends. It’s the single rider slide with no tubes. We all had water shoes on, and since it was my first time there, I didn’t know you’re not allowed to wear them on that slide. The employee working the slide didn’t catch it either, and my two friends were already sent down with their water shoes.
Then a supervisor came over and instead of just fixing the situation, she immediately started going off on the employee right in front of me. She was rude, talking down to him, and basically putting him on the spot asking why he let people go down with water shoes. It was honestly uncomfortable to stand there and watch.
Like, I get it — rules are rules. I would’ve had zero issue taking off my water shoes if someone just told me. But there was absolutely no reason to embarrass your employee like that in front of guests. That’s not leadership, that’s just disrespectful.
It would’ve taken two seconds to say, “Hey, you’ll need to take those off,” and then pull the employee aside later. Instead, she chose to handle it in the worst way possible.
I actually told another staff member because it bothered me that much, but it didn’t feel like it was going to go anywhere — so I’m leaving this here.
Do better. Your employees deserve basic respect.

其实只需要两秒钟就能说一句“嘿，你得把那些东西脱掉”，然后稍后再把员工叫到一边。但她却选择了最糟糕的处理方式。
我其实也跟另一位同事说过这件事，因为我真的非常生气，但感觉没什么用——所以我就不说了。
请做得更好。你的员工理应得到最基本的尊重。
