点评：Gouda Cheese Experience offers a basic introduction to milk and cheese production in the Netherlands, with a particular focus on Gouda cheese. There is some educational value, especially if you’re completely new to the topic, and you do pick up a few interesting facts along the way.
That said, the experience didn’t quite live up to its price. The entrance fee of €18 feels excessively high, especially considering the tour is largely prerecorded and self-guided. Much of the information presented is fairly surface-level and can easily be found online or through free resources elsewhere in the city.
Overall, while it’s not a bad stop, I would personally skip it. For the cost, it doesn’t offer enough depth or uniqueness to justify the price, particularly when Gouda itself already provides plenty of authentic and free ways to enjoy its cheese culture.
