点评：I recently visited Gold Class at the cinemas and had such a lovely experience with one of the young ladies working there.
She was incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. There was a small issue with my drink, as it had been spilt, and she kindly went and made me a fresh one without any fuss. I really appreciated how helpful she was.
I also had quite a large food order, and she took the time to read the whole order back to me to make sure everything was correct.
It’s the little things like this that really make a Gold Class experience special. She was polite, caring and genuinely made sure I had everything I needed.
I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but I hope she sees this review and knows that her kindness and great customer service really stood out. Thank you for making my visit such a lovely experience!
