Beware – Fraudulent Experience with Julie / Sea Lake Tyrell Tours

点评：I booked a package with Julie on 5th December 2022 for $1080, which included accommodation at A1 Sea Lake Silo House, a stargazing tour, and a pre-wedding photoshoot with a sunset tour. The amount was paid in full via bank transfer.
On 16th December, Julie informed me she had to leave town due to a family matter and asked to reschedule. We agreed, but due to extreme weather, all tours had to be cancelled. Julie clearly confirmed she would refund the full $1080.
Since 27th December 2022, my partner and I have been chasing her through calls, emails, and messages. Each time she gave false promises but never processed the refund. Her own website even states that if a tour is cancelled due to bad weather, customers are entitled to a credit voucher or full refund within two weeks—yet more than a year later, nothing has been refunded.
Under Australian Consumer Law, this is unacceptable. She has taken money without providing services, which I consider fraudulent and misleading conduct.
