点评：No better way to experience such a beautiful area in the Canadian Rockies as having your own native Canadian as your private tour guide. Colleen is phenomenal with her knowledge of the historical sites and identifying the flora and wildlife as we comfortably cruised around stoping for views and hiking trails. She even taught us how to spot a glacier—light blue area covered with white (snow) ! I also found a book on the wildflowers of Alberta in the bookstore—I love it —and we saw quite a few on our hikes that I have identified in the book ! Our interests matched very well and we were able to adjust our adventures to maximize the days we toured the lakes and national parks. We experienced sunny days and cool periods of light rain. Her recommendation to snag an appointment with the Basin Spa at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise was just a wonderful way to close out the afternoon. If you have a chance, do not pass up asking for Colleen as your guide with the Canadian Rocokies Experience. Thanks Colleen!! You’re are the best !!
