Fun afternoon place for the kids

点评：We went this afternoon with our young kids (3 and 6ms). The oldest loved it as he really likes trains!
Staff:
Lovely lady greeted us at the ticket office.
There was a lovely gentleman who was walking around to make sure the trains were running smoothly and changing batteries and cabins where needed so that it was a smooth operation.
The young couple in the cafe were friendly.
Area:
It is fully outdoors so we checked weather on the day before we made the trip there.
On site parking although it's on a farm track so don't come in separate cars if you're meeting people.
Facilities:
There is a little cafe (cakes and coffee) with a marque which you can sit under for a refreshment. (Cakes delicious)
No baby changing facilities but there are two portaloos for the adults (if you have children, best to change and toilet before you arrive).
The attraction itself:
Totally worth the trip if you have kids who enjoys models and trains.
Thomas Tank bit was highlight as the kids can spot the characters.
For those who likes trains, and not just cartoon ones, the diff models was a cool to spot too.
There were little gems throughout the place ...Not to spoil the surprise, but it's quite cool how the tracks and things were placed.
Overall:
Would recommend for children and adults.
We spent about 1.5 hours there (saw a review earlier down complaining about not much to see and lasting only a short time.... well if you're an adult going by yourself and not into trains or models then probably not a top choice for you to go to...But their website tells you what you are expecting so...don't complain).

关于景点本身：
如果你家孩子喜欢模型和火车，这里绝对值得一游。托马斯小火车的造型是亮点所在，因为孩子们能认出那些动画角色。
对于喜欢火车的人来说，不仅仅是卡通火车，各种不同型号的火车模型也相当值得一看。
整个场地里到处都有一些小惊喜……为了不破坏神秘感，就不多说了，不过轨道及其他设施的布置方式真的很酷。
总结：
无论是孩子还是大人都会喜欢，强烈推荐。
我们在那里待了大约1.5小时（之前看到有评论抱怨说没什么可看的、参观时间也很短……）。嗯，如果你是成年人，独自前往，又对火车或模型不感兴趣的话，那这里可能并非你的首选之地……不过他们的网站上会说明你能在这里看到什么，所以……也别抱怨啦）。我们在那里度过了愉快的下午。
