点评：Located near shops and restaurants, Henry Law Park is a popular place for some recreation in the downtown area,
On a warm and heavily overcast spring day with temperatures around 70 F, I went to Henry Law Park for a walk.
A lot of other people were there, too, enjoying the weather. Some were walking their dogs; others were sitting on the park benches.
The path alongside the Cocheco River is paved. It follows the part of the river that makes a U-shaped bend near Payne Street.
Creating and paving the path were part of the plans for development of the Dover Waterfront District project a short distance away.
This park contains a playground, a lot of open green space, and an outdoor stage for summer concerts. The park also hosts occasional community events.
I enjoyed the walk in the park and rate it at 3.5. Had the weather been better with some sun, plus green grass and leaves on the trees, my rating would be higher.
