No boat ride, no English even though we made up half the tour

点评：Arrived and told there was no boat trip, however no reduction on entrey fee on the tour because of this.
We was handed a booklet to read and when the tour started, the tour guide only spoke in Belgium and French, but gave us the saftey instructions in English. There was 17 people on the tour, and 9 were English, we literally made up half the tour, and we also knew that some of the other guests could infact speak English aswell, as they had spoken to us, but was completely left out of the tour and just trailed behind with no idea what was going on! One of us in the group tried to read the information from the booklet to the whole of our little group, and kids so we all knew what was going on, but we was "disturbing" the other guests who was listening to the tour guide, and was told to whisper, to not inconvenience the others! Caves were beautiful, and lovely to see, but the tour was very short and boring, especially for the kids.
It was not worth the money paid, as we was not included in the tour nor did we get to do the boat ride, highly disappointed.
