Saw a whale but was dissed by boat owner

点评：I had purchased 4 VIP at $95 per ticket but unfortunately 2 of our preople could not go. There were only 4 chairs on the top deck for our group and about midway through the tour, a man with a camera sat in one of our unoccupied chairs. He left briefly and I sat there so i could get a better view. when he returned he asked for his chair back. I complied since I did not feel like I should enforce the rules of the boat but I did tell a crew member. After the tour was complete I inquired abut a refund for the 2 tickets but was told they would give me credit for another tour. This did not help since I live in chicago but I was informed that the man who was using the seat that I purchased was the owner of the boat. Since he was enjoying the seat that I paid for, I thought he could at least be kind enough to reimburse for that seat. We saw a whale and the naturalist on the trip did a wonderful job. The hospitality of the owner not so wonderful.
