Apollo Adventure Sailing的点评
点评：When we stepped on to the Apollo we awaited an amazing sailing adventure with thriving reefs to snorkel at and lonesome untouched beaches to spend some time in the ocean. Unfortunately, none of those hopes came true.
It was not advertised as a party boat (we clearly checked that with an agency) and still - main reason for the people on board was definitely to create constant loudness level and get drunk in the evening. No interest for nature or animals.
The crew was very helpful and happy. Still there was no single situation where we were integrated in the sailing experience. More often it felt like a show off when the male crew members hoisted the sails to highlight their muscles. It was a bit embarrassing for me tbh…
The food was very low budget and most of the time not enough to actually eat until you’re satisfied.
Whitehaven beach is beautiful although there are masses of boats and tourists who turn on music and destroy the idyll kind of.
3/4 of the reefs that we’ve seen were not thriving at all - most of the corals where either dying or dead already. Very few fish compared to the reef that we visited from Cairns (do recommend a snorkel trip from there for sure!).
On the last day we were dropped off at a small beach - not really pretty or worth seeing. They left us there for 2 hours to start cleaning the boat. It was boring as hell and a lot of the people there just wanted to be brought back at this point.
We have expected more for 700 bug per person…
There is huge need to tap the full potential!

最后一天，我们被送到了一个小海滩——既不漂亮也不值得一看。他们把我们留在那里两个小时，开始清理船只。这真是无聊透顶，很多人这时候只想赶紧回去。
我们本来以为每人700只虫子就能带来更多惊喜……
这里亟待挖掘全部潜力！
