A Hidden Gem in Amish Country!
Victorian House Museum的点评
点评：My daughters and I spent the weekend in Amish Country for a girls’ getaway, and after an absolutely wonderful Saturday, we realized that most places would be closed on Sunday. We started searching for something fun and informative to do and came across the Victorian House. We were absolutely ecstatic that we found it!
This place is incredible! There are so many rooms, each beautifully decorated and filled with amazing details. Every time we turned a corner, we discovered something new that somehow outdid the last. You can tell how much thought, care, and love went into preserving the history of the home and the surrounding area. The attention to detail in creating rooms that reflected different aspects of the town’s history and the home itself was truly meticulous.
One of our favorite things was being able to walk freely throughout the house at our own pace and really take everything in. Photography is allowed, which made me especially happy! I came away with so many amazing photos of the rooms, decorations, and unique items throughout the house.
The outside is just as beautiful, with gorgeous grounds and lovely flower gardens that are worth taking the time to explore. There is also a mini souvenir area to look through and purchase.
If you’re visiting Amish Country, I highly recommend saving the Victorian House for Sunday! It was the perfect way to spend a day when so many other attractions are closed. Honestly, this place deserves an entire day of its own because there is so much to see and appreciate. We are so glad we found this hidden gem, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our girls’ weekend!
We intend to come back at Christmas and enjoy the festive design to come!

房子的外部同样美不胜收，有着漂亮的庭院和迷人的花圃，值得花时间细细游览。这里还有一个小型纪念品区，可以浏览并购买心仪的物品。
如果你要去阿米什地区旅游，我强烈建议把参观这座维多利亚式住宅安排在周日！在众多其他景点都关闭的日子里，这可是度过一天的绝佳方式。真的。这个地方绝对值得花一整天时间来游览，因为有太多值得观赏和欣赏的内容了。我们很高兴发现了这一处隐藏的瑰宝，它也成了我们女生周末之旅中的亮点之一！
我们打算圣诞节时再来一次，好好领略一下那里的节日装饰！
