Burnham and Berrow Golf Club的点评
点评：Burnham & Berrow GC used to be little-known (seemingly), inexpensive (certainly). It now entertains a lot of international visiting golfers, its reputation having stretched beyond aficionados. And the prices have, naturally, gone north, for visitors and guests too. But listen, the championship 18-holer here is one of England's best. It's definitely Somerset's best. In fact, the club's nine-holer is often described as Somerset's second best course! That has long been true, although in recent times it's been pushed into third place by Mad Swans. Whatever, the 27 holes at Burnham are fabulous. And the many recent changes have only made them better. I was worried about amends being made to the extant Harry Colt 9th. They seemed too bold by far. But they've worked and the courses keep getting better.
