点评：Read the fine print. Uvita 360 is not a tour company, they are a broker that books for other companies. Reading the reviews posted here, you are led to believe Uvita 360 is the actual company providing the tours - they are not.
We booked a tour of Corcovado Sirena Station out of Sierpe and was told we needed to pay a deposit that would cover the cost of entrance to the national park and that the remainder of the payment would be due upon check in. When we arrived at the designated check-in location the process was disorganized and sketchy. This was when we realized we didn't actually book a tour *with* Uvita 360. We just paid them $25 per person (their cut) and they put us on a list with La Perla Del Sur Adventures. We were told departure was at 7am so we should arrive 10 minutes early. We arrived at 6:50am and didn't depart until just before 8am. We didn't get a tour of mangrove as described on the Uvita 360 website and there was no boat trip to Cano Island (also as listed as included on their website).
We also booked a snorkeling tour of Cano Island with Uvita 360 but after our experience with the Corcovado excursion we knew to ask who the actual tour operator would be so that we could explore *their* website and make sure the information we were given was accurate. Thankfully the info did match up. Uvita 360 required that we pay them for this trip in full when we booked and there was an awkward exchange when the tour operator asked us if we paid for the trip. Yes, we paid in full but now we wondered if the money actually reached the company taking us on the tour.
Looking back at all the email exchanges, Uvita 360 definitely leads you to believe they are the actual tour operator and that all the tours on their website are with them. They are not. In order to be fully informed and be able to read actual reviews you need to know who you are actually booking the tour with.
