点评：We did the Xtreme Ultimate experience with Go Below, and it was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. It was challenging, exhilarating, and incredibly well run. It is easily one of the best adventure experiences we’ve ever done.
A huge part of what made it so special were our leaders, Leigh and Andy. From the very beginning, they were professional, calm, encouraging, and genuinely fun to be around. One thing that really stood out was that they took the time to learn all our names and kept using them throughout the experience (such a small detail) but it made us feel really looked after and part of a team rather than just another group.
They struck the perfect balance between pushing us when needed and making sure everyone felt safe and supported at all times. Their confidence and knowledge gave us complete trust, even in the more intense sections, and their humour kept spirits high throughout.
If you’re considering Go Below, especially the Xtreme Ultimate, do it! And if you’re lucky enough to have Leigh and Andy, you’re in the best hands. Unforgettable experience, outstanding leadership, and a team that truly cares. Highly, highly recommended.
