Domaine Le Passelys的点评
点评：What a lovely time we had at Domaine Le Passelys a couple of weeks ago. We had lunch in Cahors and by chance had ordered a bottle of their white. The waiter told us that the Domaine was close so we decided to visit. We arrived unannounced and a handsome young fella appeared & herded the chickens back into their coup so we could let our dogs out of the car. He said in perfect English that he would call his brother who was 'on the vines' as his English was better! A couple of minutes later Fabian arrived and escorted us into the cave/tasting room. Over the course of an hour or two we were treated to an impassioned explanation of the Domaines past, present and future, its wines, Pomat and conserves. We tasted plenty & bought a quantity of everything. Rather than a soulless big chateau experience, with a guided tour and a fancy restaurant, this was an explanation of a families love of the terroir and its produce. The wines were great. Good luck to Fabian and his brother in all their endeavours.
