Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient tour guide in London

点评：We engaged Rhys as our tour guide on our family trip to London In November. Our group included 4 people between the ages of 70-80, one disabled 15-year old and two of us in our forties. From the beginning when we first reached out to Rhys, he was very responsive and engaged, and was very helpful with tips for us even before we boarded our flight to London, as he provided recommendations on how to rent wheelchairs etc.
We did the full day tour with Rhys, starting at Westminster Abbey and ending at the Tower of London. Rhys was a wealth of knowledge who made the tour so enjoyable for everyone in our group, with humor and a lot of patience. His knowledge of the city and its history was excellent.
Two of the individuals in our group were on wheelchairs, and as expected, a couple of the older individuals, have some trouble hearing. Rhys was extremely patient with everyone, sometimes having to repeat himself for their benefit. He tailored the tour to accommodate all of us and do this at a pace that suited us. He was very accommodating to our needs and ensured well thought-out rest breaks as needed. As we bid our goodbyes at the end of the day, he also provided us valuable tips on getting around the city, including bus/tube options, wheelchair access etc.
We have no hesitation in recommending Rhys to anyone looking for a private guide in London. We will definitely be reaching out to him on our next trip, as a smaller group, for more sightseeing in London.
