点评:we checked in to this hotel, but we were quite disappointed for different reasons;
1. There was a big group being hosted and there was no table available for us in your beautiful main room of the restaurant.
2. The first room we were given was next to the kitchen, smelling like barbacoa and very noisy with the kitchen staff.
3. Afterwards we changed to a quieter room, but the mattress and the pillow were of such a low quality that my wife and I couldn’t imagine sleeping there.
By consequence, we checked out again after only one hour in this hotel, having tried 2 different rooms and finding no comfortable place in the restaurant.
Meanwhile, we didn't have any diner, and we still had to drive 1,5hour back home, because of course it was too late to find an alternative hotel.
Needless to say, it was a catastrophic event during one of the few weekends in the year, thate we didn’t have to work, as we run hospitality ourselves.
Since they have made me pay for the room at the arrival and not at the checkout, the 150€ was already taken from my credit card before I could become aware of all the above inconveniences.
Therefore, I politely asked if the hotel was willing to refund at least 70% of my payment - which they refused
In short a very bad experience with the hotel and the management!
