We used their services on our recent trip to Cyprus. We needed a shuttle from the airport to our hotel, then from our hotel to the airport when our trip was over. There were 3 of us - myself, my wife, and our toddler. We booked individual private trips and needed a car seat. Upon arrival, our driver greeted us and took us to the hotel. The experience was pleasant; the driver was amazing, and the transportation itself raised no flags: great car, great driver, great car seat. We were very happy. We were so satisfied with our driver that we reached out to the company to request the same driver for our return trip, since it was a new, very modern, and safe car. We were told that the driver couldn't be guaranteed and that all the drivers have the same car seat. We later found out that we would be getting the same driver for the trip back to the airport. When it was time to be picked up the day of our flight, the driver did not show up on time. We called him but only to find out he had already picked up another family and would be 20 minutes late. When he showed up, he was very apologetic and informed us that he had no room to take us to the airport. This resulted in us taking a last-minute taxi at a higher rate and ultimately having to hold our baby in the taxi rather than him being in a car seat. We immediately reached out to the company, but we did not get a response for hours. When we eventually got a response from Max, he was very, very careless and rude. Did not care for the fact that we booked a private trip, ignored the fact that we had a baby, and specifically asked for the same driver since the car seat was the most important aspect for us. We asked for a refund, but he still refuses to give it to us. He stole our money and made us scramble at the last minute to find another taxi, which was not safe, to barely make it to the airport to catch our flight back home. DO NOT be fooled by the new cars on their page or by the claim that the price is a good deal. If you value customer service, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Max doesn't care about you, your needs, or what service you requested. He will find a way to screw you over. It's not worth saving $20. We unfortunately learned that the hard way.
