点评：We came together as a group and discussed everything again. Overall, we would rate the experience 7 out of 10.
We are incredibly grateful to our chef. He cooked amazingly delicious meals for us every day, and the food was truly perfect. After dinner, he stayed with us every evening, answered all our questions, shared a lot of useful information, and was extremely kind and patient. We really enjoyed spending time talking with him – he made every evening fun and special.
Our driver was also excellent. He was very friendly, always made sure we were safe, and did everything to ensure that we felt comfortable and happy. Thanks to him, we were able to see all the animals – he truly had “eagle eyes.” His experience and attention made a big difference for us.
Regarding the accommodation, we unfortunately have some points for improvement. Hygiene was an issue for us. At the first tent camp, we did not feel safe, and the women’s showers and toilets were in a very poor condition. This definitely needs improvement. Additionally, there was no light, which we believe should be part of the basic camping equipment. A light and an extra blanket should be provided.
At the second tent camp, it was extremely cold at night, and some of us were freezing. It would be very important to clearly inform guests during the briefing that they will be sleeping outdoors and that temperatures can get very cold at night. We honestly did not expect it to be that cold.
Despite these issues, we still had many beautiful moments and appreciated the effort of the team, especially the chef and the driver.
