点评：Went with friends for a golfing weekend to this “new” millions of pounds spent golf course. What a disappoint. All they have done is split 2 previously par 5 holes in half. One in the front nine, one in the back nine. The 2 new greens were unplayable. The fairways were that long that we lost balls on the fairway. The rough was very rough. There is no excuse for mowing not to be done. Especially on a bank holiday weekend. We saw no groundsmen/women the whole 3 days. I went to the pro shop to complain and got told if I wanted to write a bad review go ahead! That they knew the fairways were a bit long but didn’t think they were that bad!! I really don’t know where the millions have been spent. Maybe the driving range which we didn’t visit. It’s really is one to avoid. It’s a real shame as the staff and food in the actual hotel were helpful and nice. We definitely won’t be returning.
