蒂凡尼专卖店的点评
点评：This was our 3rd visit to this store as the first time we came to New York in 2022 we went to the one at Rockefella centre. My husband has bought me some Tiffany Jewellery on each visit when we come in December and put it under the tree to be opened on Christmas Day.
I always have an idea of what I would like and this year I had chosen a ring I liked but unfortunately it was out of stock in this store. The lady that served us was extremely nice.. Her name was Blanca and she certainly went above and beyond. We were in the store for at least an hour whilst Blanca measured my ringer and found a store that had it in stock. There was one in Boston and before she ordered it she double checked the size. Blanca placed the order on Thursday and it was ready to collect on Saturday as she knew we were flying home on Sunday.
When we went to collect it we knew where to find her as she had told us which floor she would be working on and as soon as she saw us she pulled a receipt out of her pocket and upon greeting us went to get the ring. Whilst we were waiting a very polite young lady brought me a drink. When Blanca returned I tried the ring on and it fit perfect and looked absolutely gorgeous. She boxed it up and put a signature charm on the bag and also gave my husband a signature charm which was a lovely gesture. I was so overwhelmed with her kindness and customer care that I asked if I could give her a hug. It was a very sincere and quite emotional hug from both of us and I hope she will be there when we return in December 2026.

我们去取货的时候，知道该去哪找她，因为她之前告诉我们她在哪一层工作。她一看到我们就从口袋里掏出收据，一边和我们打招呼，一边去拿戒指。在我们等候期间，一位非常有礼貌的年轻女士给我送来了一杯饮料。布兰卡回来后，我试戴了戒指，尺寸完美，而且看起来非常漂亮。她把戒指装进盒子里，并在盒子上挂了一个专属吊坠，还送给我丈夫一个，真是贴心。她的热情和周到让我非常感动，于是我问她是否可以拥抱一下。我们俩都给了她一个非常真挚、略带感伤的拥抱，我希望2026年12月我们再次光临时，她还能在那里。
