Chewton Glen Spa的点评
点评：We had a lovely Spa day on the 17th August, the main pool area was clean with comfortable beds. Hydrotherapy pool is the best I've ever used, so many different sections with strong water jets and a lovely outside jacuzzi. There are fresh towels everywhere, which is ideal when you're in and out of the water. Buffet lunch was tasty, varied and as much as you wanted. Staff were so friendly and courteous.
After the spa day we had a glass of wine on the outside patio, chilled to exact temperature and served by helpful bar staff.
We had booked an Uber to the train station and were waiting outside the hotel. Having stood there for a while as taxi was very late, the friendly doorman asked us if we were ok. When we explained the taxi had not arrived he collected the hotel's mini van keys and drove us to the station in time for our train.
That is going the extra mile! It was so kind of him.
Chewton Glen has such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you to all staff.

我们提前预订了前往火车站的优步，并在酒店外等候。由于出租车迟迟未到，我们站了许久。这时，友善的门童询问我们是否一切正常。得知出租车还没来后，他拿起酒店的小型面包车钥匙，驱车送我们及时赶上了火车。
这真是超出了预期的贴心服务！他真是太好了。
