点评：A lot of hype about CG spa so we decided to try a Spa evening st £150 pp. The 45 minute warm oil massage with reiki was great - just what was needed.
However, the rest of the Spa evening was disappointing. The receptionist was abrupt and lacking in any warmth or interest, and made us feel like a hindrance for asking questions. The main swimming pool was cold. The hydro pools are so closely crammed in that you felt like you’re encroaching on others space - all those metal bars made it feel way too clinical. Uy Steam room had good steam but was claustrophobic. Worst was the changing rooms- accessed up several flights of stairs (no lift) with tiny L-shaped lockers and lots of showers - but designed around a circular/ curbed shape with no easy place to dress. Aesthetically all looks nice but doesn’t really have a relaxing vibe -far too clinical - with miserable reception staff to match.
