点评：We celebrated our wedding anniversary last weekend at Heritage Estate and it was incredible. Rob and Therese are amazing hosts, nothing is too much and you are made welcome from the minute you walk in. After setting up in the 1864 cottage, we headed to the bar for wine tasting and Sommelier Mark was as funny as he was insightful - he really made the experience memorable. The range of wines ensures there is something for every wine palette and for the serious wine buff, Rob, Therese and Mark will take you through each grape variety and vintage.
We joined 6 other guests for the POETs Progressive dinner. Starting off with canapes and paired wines in the vineyard at sunset was breathtaking. Entree on the edge of the vineyard with a sublime bouillabaisse, then the exquisite main course - served by the fireplace and desert in the barrel room and through the night, we laughed and shared stories with the other guests. I had a restrictive dietary request, which was no issue at all for Chef Tomer.
It was one of the most memorable dinning experiences we've had and one I would highly recommend. Like the rest of the team at Heritage, who go out of their way to make your experience flawless, thanks also to Michael our waiter. It's no wonder they have received the prestigious five-star winery rating for the last five years! We'll definitely book the POETs dinner again and look for other events on the Heritage calendar.
