点评：Very disappointing experience and I would think twice before renting here. I was charged for a sofa cushion that flew off because it wasn't mounted properly — not by us, it was already poorly secured when we took the boat over. The most telling part: I later learned the exact same thing had happened to customers before me. When the same item keeps coming loose with different renters, the problem clearly isn't the customer — it's on the company. Yet I was made to pay the full amount, no goodwill whatsoever, even though the fault was theirs.
On top of that, the fuel isn't billed by actual consumption but by an estimated/calculated figure, and that estimate seemed very high to me. Only a week earlier I had taken out a significantly bigger boat with two engines and the consumption was barely higher. That doesn't add up.
Pedro, charging a customer for your own poorly secured equipment and an inflated fuel estimate is not how you treat people fairly. I felt taken advantage of, and based on this experience I can't recommend them.

佩德罗，让顾客为你们自己固定不牢的设备和虚高的燃油估算付费，这根本不是公平待客之道。我觉得自己被占了便宜，基于这次糟糕的经历，我无法推荐这家公司。
