My purchase—a luxurious 1.32-carat diamond and custom-made diamond stud earrings with 0.46 carats each—exceeded all expectations. The cut quality and clarity of the stones are simply stunning.
I would especially like to commend the owner, Shah. He was very attentive and polite, putting me at ease from the very first moment, and creating an atmosphere of complete trust. Shah patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions regarding stone selection, gold purity, and the manufacturing process.
He is not just a salesperson, but a true expert and consultant. He helped me choose the best option based on my needs and budget, without pushing the most expensive option, but rather focusing on my design and price preferences. As a pleasant bonus, Shah offered a very pleasant discount, which was a testament to the boutique's flexible and customer-oriented policy.
Complete transparency was important to me: Shah provided certificates for the pieces, confirming the authenticity and quality of all the diamonds.
I haven't yet had the opportunity to have the pieces independently appraised, as I'm currently occupied with caring for my recently born baby. But I'll definitely update my review later.
