Treatment of pregnant staff member by manger disgraceful

点评：I am originally from Tennessee America and came over to Ireland for a few weeks. I visited blarney as it’s known awesome reputation but oh my gosh, it was awful. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I was ashamed of the standard offered at one of our country's major tourist destinations to them.
The staff were so wonderful and lovely however the manager treated them as inferior and subordinate. I understand he is in charge but you should still have respect for your staff as they support you. ANYWAYS….
I was at the sandwich area, it was busy and me and my frieds were looking around ourself unassisted. We witnessed behidn the staff counter an issue… Behind the counter a young women in her late 20s maybe who worked there appeared to be in very bad pain. It looked agonising to tell the truth. SHE WAS ALSO VERY VISIBLY PREGNANT. The manager refused to let her go home. It was a disgrace she was bent down in pain CRYING with her hands on her back asking to go home. Especially pregnant that is such a health risk and if anything is to happen to that baby the manager should be held accountable. Absolutely terrible. Scheduled to work or not when your staff has a VALID REASON to leave they should. It would be unfortunate for the manger being short staffed but unforeseen events happen in life that women’s health and baby is way more important.
It is inhuman and disgusting considering the Women was pregnant. If that was me I would have walked out. Pregnancy is such a complicated event and She should have been able to leave. If you saw the pain she was in you would understand.
Disgusted by the mangers attitude and lack of concern. He was wearing a blue shirt, had glasses, small and on the chubby side. If ANYTHING happens to that baby or the woman he should be held responsible. God forbid a miscarriage he is responsible for that life!!!!!

考虑到这位女性当时怀有身孕，这种行为实在残忍又令人厌恶。换作是我，也会直接离开。怀孕是一件极其复杂的事情，她本应该能够离开的。如果你看到她所受的痛苦，就会明白的。
我对那个男人的态度以及漠不关心的样子感到厌恶。他穿着蓝色衬衫，戴着眼镜，个子矮小且有点胖。如果那个婴儿或那个女人出了任何意外，他都必须负起责任。但愿千万别出现流产的情况，否则他就要对那条生命负责了！！！
