点评：There are two parts to my review.
First: the park. We’ve been coming here for nearly 40 years—first with our children, now with our grandchildren. We stayed from opening until almost closing. The park is spotless and an excellent value. Our grandchildren (ages 15, 8, and 6) all had a great time. We ate lunch in the park; the portions and quality were generous for the price. As always, the staff were helpful, considerate, and attentive. Santa’s Village remains a wonderful family park.
Second: the scariest thirty minutes of my life. Our 15‑year‑old was on the slides and the two younger children were on the splash pad. After a few minutes, our 6‑year‑old ran over to say he couldn’t find his sister. We left him with his cousin and began searching the splash pad. After five minutes, my daughter alerted a park employee (the ones in red shirts and khaki shorts). Within what felt like three minutes, the entire water‑park area was swarmed by staff—searching pools, stairs, slides, bathrooms, and changing rooms. I stayed with the boys where our granddaughter expected us to be; my daughter walked with an employee while my husband kept looking around the splash pad. After what felt like the longest thirty minutes, our granddaughter emerged from the splash pad—she hadn’t been lost; she’d been going in and out of the play area. I ran to her, hugged her, and told a nearby staff member. I was shaking and crying; a kind employee comforted me while we waited for my daughter. The employee who had stayed with my daughter hugged her. Our gratitude was deep and sincere.
Family parks should be fun and safe, and Santa’s Village delivers on both. Thank you to the many employees who responded so quickly and to management for mobilizing an “army” of staff to help.
