After dropping us off and directing us toward the entrance, John followed us inside—simply to ensure we were properly checked in.
His timing was impeccable. He discovered the scheduling conflict between the time on our tickets and the time Guinness had expected us. Without hesitation, John sought out Keith, the Managing Director at Guinness, and clearly explained our situation. Although the issue was not caused by Guinness, Keith responded with grace and asked, “What can I do to make this right?” Moments later, he arranged for Derek Stafford, one of Guinness’s top Brewmasters, to give us a bespoke private tour lasting two and a half hours.
The experience was extraordinary, and John’s advocacy is what made it possible. His intuition, professionalism, and genuine care transformed a potential problem into one of the most memorable moments of our Ireland trip. Thank you, John, for going above and beyond.
