点评:Great experience. The site is very close to a main concrete road though it's a bit far from residential areas. The short walk to the site from the main road, is unmade. We had to walk for 3 minutes or so, through a tunnel to get to the site. Quite an experience in itself. The 3 staff were welcoming and gave us background information about the site and explained the significance of the petroglyphs, the carved marks on the rockface. We were lucky to see a protected species of owl perched on a tree branch.
The drive from the town leading to the site is sometimes on a steep gradient road but the drive is a pleasure as you get nice views along the way. We stopped at the highest point at the Eastridge subdivision to get a breathtaking views of the Makati, BGC and other cities skyline and distant waters.
After lunch at Angono town we checked-out the Blanco Family Museum.
Angono has a potential to become a must see tourist destination as it is only 1 hr 30 minutes from Ayala. Though the traffic is a challenge it was a fun day for us!
Entrance is free; as there's no donation box it made me sad not to be able to make a donation. Donations can help with improvement in visitors experience.
