Paradise Cove的点评
点评：A great experience starting with Mr. Parker the small tour bus driver who gave a thorough introduction to the area. Then, we received detailed tips for snorkeling at the best spots. My husband and son saw a much wider array of sea life (sea turtles, stingrays, starfish, too many fish to list) here at Deadman’s Reef than we did at Rose Island off Nassau. Water is very pretty in this cove! Lunch was good too, especially for only $10.
The one thing to be aware of is that the kayaking rental is for 50 minutes and not all day. Also, you can’t get off the kayak at the reef for good reasons that they explained. So plan accordingly and plan to snorkel out to the reef if you want to look underwater. I was lucky enough to see sea turtles and stingrays just from the kayak.
And like someone else said, bring water shoes if you’re not planning to rent snorkel equipment/flippers. Rather rocky in spots.
The shuttle back was very convenient. Mr. Parker offered an early leave time and a later one. He catered to the needs of the group.
The only reason I gave 4 stars was that bathhouse was small (tough to change in) and dated.
Great value and so glad we didn’t do an overcrowded & priced cruise sponsored tour!
