The massage was heaven - bring your own food.
冰岛蓝湖的点评
点评：I went here to celebrate my birthday and it was worth every penny. I had a one hour massage and was there for 5 hours.
I arrived almost 30 mins early prior to my entry time due to travel plans and they let me right in. No wait, no worries.
Upon entry to the changing room, there are plenty of staff to direct you and they are very helpful. There are private changing areas if you are shy but will need to shower first without your swim suit.
Once you exit the locker area to the lagoon, you are instantly amazed by how beautiful it is. Entry comes with a free drink and I started with some fruit juice. Then headed to the mask bar for my free silica mask.
I then exited the water for lunch. I brought my own food and ate it in the cafe area. No one said anything and no one cared. This is a must to save some money.
Then back to the lagoon for the one hour in water massage. This was the highlight. I've never had an in water massage and it was just heaven. After the massage, they don't rush you and let you float for as long as you like.
I then ventued through the steam room, sauna, waterfall and quiet area. I will say the quiet area was not as quiet as it should be. There was a group right the entrance who didn't believe in being quiet. But the staff won't say anything.
I stayed for storytelling where they tell you the history of the blue lagoon and all about the water and what makes it special. Only about 20 mins and worth listening to
I could have stayed longer but had evening activities planned. Do not rush your trip here.
