Milwaukee County Zoo的点评
点评：Thoroughly enjoyed what we did get to see today, though we rushed thru some exhibits to try to get to some of the events for the day. Didn't realize the "events" would be so very short. Less than 10 min. If you're late you'll never see them, also try to find where they are.
Absolutely loved the bird sanctuary. Would really love to know what bird uses that humungous nest.
After seeing one elephant, we went online when we got home to learn if there was more than the one we saw. Belle is the last one left. after reading about the concerns keeping elephants in such a cold environment, we wondered if Belle could be transferred to San Diego or similar where the climate and size of the facility is larger to live out the rest of her life since her herd mates have all died within the past year.
perhaps she can't be moved safely.
1892 had the worst food I ever eaten at any public venue, no taste and $90 for 3 people, a drink and a burger). If you can't at least make it palatable, don't sell it.
The ECV's are a godsend!!
