Absolutely disgusted of Tunbridge Wells.
The Bannatyne Spa Hastings的点评
点评：Absolutely terrible, my and my wife's whole experience was ruined by my locker being entered by someone with a locker band (just a magnet incased in rubber) stole from my wallet (cash just under £100).
Thank God they didn't steal my wallet and car keys or watch, just took the cash.
Went to reception staff to report it, told by a staff member that I was number 7 in the last few hours. Absolutely no sympathy to our plight, she simply pointed out the signs in the changing room "that all goods are left at owner's risk".
She took my details, what for I'm yet to find out as no one has contacted me about it. No apology, no assistance whatsoever. I asked if they'd reported the matter to the police, only to be told "no we are not the victim, you can call them if you want" .
The manager didn't even come over to where we were sat, but sent a complementary coffee. Shortly after she was seen leaving the building for the day.
So in short they knew there was someone entering lockers and stealing from patrons. And rather than warn you on check in which completely would have changed my actions, left it letting me become yet another victim that day.
Thefts only occured in the men's locker room, which should have had a member of staff placed in there to deter any thieving little junky. No just bury your head in the sand and let someone's destress time become reason for needing even more relaxation time.
Absolutely disgusting behavior by the company, no call, no sorry, no follow up despite me replying to their lovely review email that evening, Nothing. And that is customer service for bannatyne spa Hastings. Useless will never use any of their facilities again.
