费尼切剧场的点评
点评：I do not recommend this for wheelchair users. They claim to be accessible and have spaces for wheelchairs but they do not accommodate at all. They did not inform uaoda disabled entrance when asked and there are lots of steps to access the theatre. My partner had to carry my wheelchair up the stairs and then in the interval they let us exit using the ramp exit, when I asked why we were not told about it when we arrived and had asked about disabled entrance, the lady said 'if you can walk we ask you to go main entrance' which is ridiculous as I am a wheelchair user and struggle really badly with steps and there are no rails to help, luckily I had my stick with me.
I had bought my ticket through and agency and when I got there they said I could not stay in my wheelchair even though I had paid MORE specifically for a disabled spot. Eventually after me standing my ground they allowed me to sit in my wheelchair elseswhere.
Online it looks as though this venue is accessible, it definitely is not and staff are not accommodating for wheelchair users.
The opera itself was fantastic, but I was very distressed before it even started because of how they were with me.
