Very relaxing, wonderful service
Champneys Springs的点评
点评：For our 12th wedding anniversary we decided to treat ourselves to a spa stay away at Champneys.
The resort was really nice, with fantastic pool and relaxation facilities - it certainly did the job.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was very kind, and really focused on making sure we had a relaxing stay. They couldn’t do enough and were friendly, and clearly enjoyed working there.
In particular were our dinner team Catrina and Massimo. They were incredibly kind and when they heard that it was our anniversary, they went well above and beyond to make us feel special. They were lovely, friendly and made our evening memorable. We were even treating to a special sharing dessert to congratulate which was a wonderful gesture.
I can’t recommend the resort enough and we’ll be back very soon.
