点评：i'm a cloud nine member and was invited to a pasta making evening.
We had the most fantastic time. The evening started with Vina and Mia providing Prosecco to all of the guests. ( They did a great job of looking after us all evening). We we were then provided with aprons that had fun slogans on the front… Such as 'I cook as good as I look' and 'you're looking at an awesome chef'. Peter gave these out letting us choose our slogan. He also told us we could take them home. Peter formally opened the evening and then handed over to Matt the head chef.
Matt was superb. He explained about the different types of pasta dough, and gave a very thorough demonstration on how to make tortellini and ravioli, explaining every stage.
We were presented with pasta dough and fillings and had lots of fun trying to produce our own ravioli and tortellini… It was great fun..
Julie one of the fitness team and Ben judged the pastor for uniformity and lack of air bubbles! They added to the fun of the evening . I actually won the competition with my husband We were presented with a beautiful hamper of goodies.
However, we were all winners on the night because we had such a fantastic time.
A massive thank you to everyone for making the evening so special.
