点评：I recently returned from an extended weekend at Champneys Springs, Packington, and as a health and fitness professional, I am incredibly impressed. It is rare to find a resort that aligns so perfectly with a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Nutritional Excellence
The buffet and menus are exceptionally thoughtful. From a fitness perspective, it was a joy to be able to feed and nurture my body "guilt-free." The balance of nutrients allowed for genuine fueling rather than just indulgence.
Standout Service & Staff
The entire team is world-class, but I want to give special recognition to:
• Catrina: Our host for several evening meals. She went the extra mile to ensure our experience was seamless and welcoming.
• Jane (Fitness Instructor): Her stretch class was a masterclass in blending Yoga and Pilates. Her cueing was accurate, and she created an inclusive environment that challenged all levels—a high standard indeed.
• The Spa Team: Jeanette, Ruby, Faye, and Emmie provided wonderful treatments over several days, leaving both my spouse and me feeling completely rejuvenated and energized.
Seamless Operations
The facilities are operated with clinical precision. I’d like to specifically credit the maintenance and caretaking staff. Keeping a busy ground floor pristine is a never-ending task, yet they perform their duties seamlessly without ever disrupting the peace and harmony of the resort.
The Verdict
From the warm welcome at both the hotel and leisure front-of-house desks to the high-quality classes, I cannot find a single constructive criticism. If you are looking to rest, restore, and nurture your body, this is the place.
I will certainly be back for future vacations.
