I’d go back, but not at full price
Champneys Springs Spa的点评
点评：Recently had the overnight stay with a friend, discounted deal. I’ll start with the pro’s. Staff were lovely and attentive, food was excellent (we got breakfast lunch and a 3 course meal in the price) and the treatment was heavenly and the price was worth it just for the overnight and food, but the treatment was fabulous (revive facial). The decor is really nice, but I agree (here’s the cons) that it’s a bit tired in places. Room was pretty basic and the bath area wasn’t great. Small bath, dated, and not at all spa like. The room was also freezing cold. Even with a radiator. We asked for extra blankets. Also the toilets in the treatment area are lovely but the toilets near reception which give first impressions aren’t very nice, nor are the toilets in the changing area. Very old. Sauna and steam rooms are tiny (6people max), pool was on the cold side, jacuzzi wasn’t very warm, and the hydro pool, which was great - was also on the cool side. Basically I just think they need to get the heating on. Showers were great, Elemis products to use, and I would definitely visit again, we had a great time, just a few things that let it down unfortunately so would only ever visit on a discounted rate.
Still the staff, the food, the treatment, all 10/10. I was also suprised how reasonable drinks and food was to purchase.
I ended up buying a lot of Clarins products from the shop after the treatment - got a really good deal on a bundle with free gifts. Very happy.

翻译：最近和朋友一起住了一晚，享受了折扣优惠。先说说优点吧。员工热情周到，食物也很棒（我们享受了包含早餐、午餐和三道菜的套餐），护理体验更是令人陶醉。光是住宿和餐饮就值回票价了，更别提护理本身了（焕颜面部护理）。装潢很漂亮，但我同意（以下是缺点），有些地方确实有点陈旧。房间比较简陋，浴室也不怎么样。浴缸很小，比较老旧，完全没有水疗中心的感觉。房间也很冷，即使开了暖气也一样。我们要求多要几条毯子。护理区的洗手间很不错，但是前台附近的洗手间（给人第一印象）和更衣室的洗手间都不太好，非常老旧。桑拿房和蒸汽房都很小（最多只能容纳6个人），泳池水温偏低，按摩浴缸水温也不够热，水疗池虽然很棒，但水温也偏低。我觉得他们应该先把暖气打开。淋浴很棒，可以用Elemis的产品，我肯定会再去的，我们玩得很开心，只是有些小瑕疵，所以以后只会在有折扣的时候去。
不过，员工、食物、护理，一切都是满分！饮料和食物的价格也让我很惊喜，非常合理。
护理结束后，我在店里买了好多娇韵诗的产品——买到了一套很划算的套装，还送了赠品。非常满意。
