点评：Five star experience. I went to Springs to celebrate with a friend, her 50th birthday. We had an amazing time and the staff were above and beyond attentive. My friend had a back massage with Shay , which she said was the best experience ever. My facial was beyond amazing too. I’m not sure if the person who performed my treatment. It could have been Alise. The evening meal was excellent and we were treated to a compliment glass of fizz and a Greek salad. Louise had a surprise dessert too. It was such a special evening.
We slept well and woke up to a covering of snow. This obviously added pressure to the staff provision. However, we saw no lack of professionalism and even over heard the night porter say he had worked many extra hours for to the conditions. We had wanted to keep our room in till 4 but due to staff shortages this wasn’t possible. But the locker facilities were very good and were able to make good use of them. It was as we were using them and getting Brady to leave I realised I’d left my hat somewhere. I was upset as it has sentimental value. The receptionist did check lost property but too no avail. She took my details and said a more thorough check would take place. True to her word it did and Izzy notified me by email it had been found! I was so pleased.Alls well that ends well and thanks to Jodie Wragg too for sending it safely back to me free of charge. Now that’s what I Call a good service , above and beyond.
