点评：Lundin Golf Club has seen its fair share of ups and downs over the years when it comes to catering, but the current team has absolutely raised the bar. The food coming out of the kitchen is some of the best you’ll find anywhere locally, and the arrival of Chef Abbie has taken things to an entirely new level.
We visited for an Italian themed evening, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The clubhouse restaurant, with its brilliant views, provided the perfect setting. Service was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, and every dish that arrived at the table was packed with flavour and beautifully presented.
It’s a real shame the restaurant isn’t open to non members as the restaurant could have been busier and making the club money. The food was so good that I submitted my social membership application before leaving. That probably tells you everything you need to know.
Let’s hope is that the club manages to keep hold of Chef Abbie—though with talent like hers, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s destined for even bigger things.
