点评:8 ladies (handicaps 5-15) came to play the ocean course as part of a special golf break.
Compared to the other courses played the customer experience was more than disappointing. Once buggies were finally available there was no help in moving clubs to buggies. Dressed in golf attire that was also sold in the club’s own golf shop and branded with the club’s logo, we were told in a somewhat condescending manner that we could not go on the course as we did not have tailored collars. The warm up
area was poor, only allowing a maximum of a 9 iron on the driving range. We found a way round being able to play only to find the group behind were 3 guys wearing football shirts, trainers and tee shirts!!
The service in the pro shop was not customer centric, bordering on the rude/uninterested.
Whilst the back 9 holes had stunning views of ocean and beach, the whole resort seems to work on the somewhat old fashioned premise that the customer is lucky to be there!! Wake up Val de Lobo!!
