点评:Outdoor Yoga was my must-do while visiting Sedona. I sent an inquiry to Yogi Blair and he replied within 24 hours with answers to my questions as well as recommendations on things to do/eat in Sedona.
My yoga instructor/guide was Riley. She was extremely friendly and responsive while coordinating meeting location and time. The do the yoga in a couple of locations, but I was fortunate enough to go to Cathedral, which was also on my list to see. Luckily, as part of the tour, we were able to park directly in the lot next to the trailhead instead of riding the shuttle bus. The hike was moderate, the views were amazing. Riley provided great instructions and made sure to walk around to take photos along the hike and during the yoga session to help capture the moments for us. The yoga was on the "Beginner" side to be able to accommodate everyone in the group, but if you're experienced, you can easily modify on your own.
After the yoga, we did another short hike towards Oak creek. Riley called out interesting facts along the way, such as information about plants and the vortexes in Sedona. Down by the creek, we got to choose a crystal to take home, were given a piece of homemade chocolate (from Yogi Blair), and also a dab of essential oil made from local Pine. It was a very "open your senses" type of experience.
I could not recommend this enough. Riley and the experience overall was the highlight of my trip to Arizona, and would definitely do it again if I went back!
